Allergens

In accordance with EU Reg. 1169/2011, the list of substances that may cause allergies or intolerances.

  3. 3Eggs and derived products
  4. 4Fish and derived products
  5. 5Peanuts and derived products
  6. 6Soybeans and derived products
  7. 7Milk and derived products, including lactose
  8. 8Nuts and derived products
  9. 9Celery and derived products
  10. 10Mustard and derived products
  11. 11Sesame and derived products
  12. 12Sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations above 10 mg/kg
  13. 13Lupin and derived products
  14. 14Molluscs and derived products

Allergens. Guests are kindly asked to inform the dining staff of any need to avoid specific allergenic substances before ordering. During kitchen preparation, cross-contamination cannot be ruled out; our dishes may therefore contain the allergenic substances listed above, pursuant to EU Reg. 1169/2011.

Ingredients · Products blast-chilled on site. Some fresh products of animal origin, as well as fishery products served raw, undergo rapid temperature blast-chilling to ensure quality and safety, as described in the HACCP plan, pursuant to EU Reg. 852/2004 and EC Reg. 853/2004.
